Is the river mostly frozen in the Colorado image? Up the river a little looks like a small waterfall that is frozen over. Very nice.
Yes, the river is almost completely frozen over in places. I was surprised that the waterfall was frozen, but it definitely was. The temperature had been in the single digits for a while.
